Our process includes a simple 5 step procedure and a statement of work (SOW) so that your expectations and our commitment to you is clearly defined.

Step 1) 

An initial comprehensive consultation to help clarify overall business goals and strategy, immediate needs, gaps and opportunities (1 day to 2 weeks depending on the project scope and company size).

Step 2) 

A comprehensive report that includes one or more project plan options with timelines, milestones and an estimated cost analysis (2 days to 1 week depending on the project scope and company size). 

Step 3)

Discussion and round-table to refine the plan and include additional requests.   Finalize the scope and project plan according to concensus and receive project approval.

Step 4)

Action the plan using in-house services or services provided by DRC Solutions Ltd according to the quality, budget and timeframe agreement in the SOW.

Step 5)

Confirm that the project scope was met, close the SOW and write an after action review detailing important lessons learned including those that may facilitate future projects.
